Version control using Git is a standard practice in the tech industry. By adopting this tool, along with the easy-to-use Markdown language, educational technologists can increase productivity and create new opportunities for their constituents. Git has become a central component of our DevOps-styled process at Mirman, and we'd love to spread this knowledge. By the end of this deep dive, you'll be able to write beautiful Markdown, create "books" of easy-to-update documentation, and understand how Git/GitHub can be used for more than code, even for student portfolios.
