Online professional learning (PL) should be meaningful, relevant, and spark growth. Using a competency-based approach to PL, this interactive workshop will explore how to leverage technology to design spaces that are driven by collaboration, coaching, and community. Working together, participants will choose a PL goal around coaching and community building, and be invited to join a backchannel to put their goal into action.
