Justin Curtis is the Director of Technology and Computer Science Department Chair at The Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore, MD. In addition to teaching an honors class on Programming iPhone Apps, Justin oversees information technology throughout the school. Justin has managed the development and expansion of the school’s innovation labs and Makerspaces, overseen the 1:1 iPad and laptop program, worked towards developing a K-12 computer science curriculum, and helped move all health records, form collection, enrollment and bill payment processes to online formats. Additionally, he played a major role in the development and implementation of Bryn Mawr’s new strategic plan; helped launch the Center for Community Collaboration, a professional development platform for faculty and staff; and established policies and procedures around the school’s cybersecurity initiatives.
